Ltd., founded in 1994 G.C, has been steadfastly dedicated to cotton farming for numerous years, overseeing an expansive landholding spanning over 17,000 hectares sector undertaking the leasing and cultivation of diverse agricultural lands situated across several regions. Amibara agriculture Development Pvt. primarily specializes in cotton farming while also engaging in coal production (that has an extended burn time of up to 6 hours).
Established in 2004 G.C, Amibara Aviation is a distinguished company managing a fleet of five aircraft. Specializing in aerial operations, these aircraft are deployed across East African countries to administer diverse pesticides and offer crucial locust prevention services
Amibara Trading, founded in 2018 G.C, operates as a dynamic import and export enterprise. Established in 1999 G.C, Amibara Transport Company has solidified its position as a reputable entity within the transportation sector. With a fleet comprising approximately 30 trucks, the company offers comprehensive freight services, catering to diverse destinations across the country.
Amibara Properties is a distinguished property development company established in 2022 G.C, currently engaged in a substantial project spanning 35,751 square meters in the Filwiha area adjacent to Friendship Park. This project will be executed by esteemed organizations and expert teams hailing from Dubai, Turkey, South Africa, and China. Upon its completion, this project promises to redefine the notion of "modern lifestyle," setting new benchmarks for sophistication, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
With 89.50% of structural works completed, the construction of Erta-Ale ‘A’ and ‘B’ buildings is expected to be finished within 19 months. The Afdera and Dallol blocks, on the other hand, will be completed within 36 months; the entire project is anticipated to be completed in 66 months.
Amibara Properties' construction site boasts a prime location that offers convenience for residential living. Its close proximity to several landmarks, including Sheraton Addis, the Science Museum, Abrhot Library, Adwa Museum, the Palace, Lycee G/Maryam, Black Lion, and major financial institutions enhances its appeal.

Amibara Properties' residential village includes 10 buildings; 7 fully residential apartments, 2 branded apartments (integrating residential units and shopping centers), 1 office tower, a health center, and a communal space. Erta Ale A and B are 17-story buildings offering a variety of homes, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and penthouse units, along with three basement levels. The Afdera and Dallol buildings are designed to have up to 24 floors, with two basement levels and two elevators. Each of the three buildings will be able to accommodate eight households per floor.
Amibara Properties offers customers the option of 10% or 30% down payments. Customers opting for the 30% down payment will pay 110,000 Birr per square meter, while those choosing the 10% down payment will pay 120,000 Birr per square meter. All payments can be made in Ethiopian Birr.
✓ For Buildings A and B with the payment will be time based with customers paying in eight stages within one year and seven months after the initial down payment. ✓ For Afdera and Dallol blocks, after the initial down payment, customers will have to make payments progress based settling the remaining balance in 10 installments spanning a period of three years.
Investing in Amibara Properties houses offers promising returns: • You can expect an annual return on investment of 9.4% for 1-4 bedroom apartments. • Moreover, from the sale of the houses, you stand to gain twice the initial investment within a span of three years
In the current banking system, getting a loan for a house usually needs a house map plan. However, the land management mapping usually begins after the house construction is around 70% done or hits a certain point. This order can make it tough to get loans at the start. According to the current law of the country, a person is eligible to own property if they are Ethiopian by citizenship, Ethiopian by birth, and Ethiopian by marriage and has an investment permit.
