Amibara Agriculture Development PLC is founded in 1994 G.C, has been steadfastly dedicated to cotton farming for numerous years, overseeing an expansive landholding spanning over 17,000 hectares sector undertaking the leasing and cultivation of diverse agricultural lands situated across several regions. Amibara agriculture Development PLC primarily specializes in cotton farming while also engaging in coal production (that has an extended burn time of up to 6 hours).

Amibara Properties is a distinguished property development company established in 2022 G.C, currently engaged in a substantial project spanning 35,751 square meters in the Filwiha area adjacent to Friendship Park. At Amibara Properties, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing flexible payment options. We offer a down payment option of 10%, with customers having the opportunity to pay 5% upfront and the remaining 5% after one month. Upon the payment for the house, the pricing will be adjusted according to the prevailing exchange rate set by the Ethiopian National Bank for the purchase of the dollar currency.
The buildings currently available for sale are Etra ale block A, Etra ale block B, and Dallol block. The payment allocation process for all released blocks follows a timeline. ✓ For Erta ale block A and B the payment will be done in six payment milestones. ✓ For the Dallol block, the payment will be done in 10 payment milestones.

In the current banking system, getting a loan for a house usually needs a house map plan.
